For NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES without DEPED MICROSOFT 365 ACCOUNT YET
You ONLY need to request for a Google Workspace account. When it is created, no need to request for DepEd Microsoft 365 account. We will automatically forward your information to DepEd Central Office – ICTS for the creation of the said account. Creation of the DepEd Microsoft 365 account may take 5-7 working days or more. Wait patiently for your DepEd Microsoft 365 credentials. We will send it once we receive them.
Google Workspace account is ONLY for accessing Google apps EXCEPT GMAIL. Gmails can be viewed as read-only. ALL EMAILS (sending and receiving) are through the OFFICIAL EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER, MS Outlook, using DepEd Microsoft 365 account (O365).
