For NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES without DEPED MICROSOFT 365 ACCOUNT YET
You ONLY need to request for a Google Workspace account. When it is created, no need to request for DepEd Microsoft 365 account. We will automatically forward your information to DepEd Central Office – ICTS for the creation of the said account. Creation of the DepEd Microsoft 365 account may take 5-7 working days or more. Wait patiently for your DepEd Microsoft 365 credentials. We will send it once we receive them.
Google Workspace account is ONLY for accessing Google apps EXCEPT GMAIL. Gmails can be viewed as read-only. ALL EMAILS (sending and receiving) are through the OFFICIAL EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER, MS Outlook, using DepEd Microsoft 365 account (O365).

For locked accounts, kindly send an incident report letter (https://tinyurl.com/LOCKEDACCT-REPORT) to [email protected].
Locked accounts may be caused by suspicious activities in your account. Once our office received your email with incident report, we will be endorsing your concern to the DepEd CERT Central Office.
This may take some time since there will be an investigation on your account by the said office.
